Renovated in the year 200, the 10-storey, tastefully decorated apartment complex is comprised of a 2-storey building with a total of 120 apartments. Various facilities are available on the complex including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket, a bar, a games room and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, there is a playground on the complex as well as a well maintained, bewitching garden.

This modern apartment complex is located in the leisure district of Campo International, close to Maspalomas and within a few minutes walk (approximately 600 m) of convenient public transport links. Plenty of shopping venues, scores of restaurants, bars and a lively nightlife scene are to be found close by. Faro II shopping centre is located about 1 km from the hotel and the sandy beach and turquoise blue sea that lie 3.5 km away invite guests to while the day away.

There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evenings. It is possible to book a half board stay.

Guests may take advantage of the two swimming pools (one of which is heated and has a separate children's pool), a snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, a Jacuzzi and a solarium.
