A peaceful setting and lots of space make this four-bedroom villa a really special retreat. In a cluster of similar villas, it stands quietly just outside Ovacik, gazing over mountains in the distance. At the same time, it is close to the main road where regular buses run to Olu Deniz beach six kilometres away and nearby Hisaronu. The shops and restaurants of Ovacik are also just a few minutes away.
Framed by tiled and gravelled gardens, the three-storey villa is designed with natural stone and wooden-roofed balconies in a nod to authentic Ottoman design. The pool is at the rear and bordered by sunny terraces - a delightful spot for perfecting your tan. From the pool, steps climb to a covered, L-shaped terrace, furnished with a bamboo table and chairs, which makes a lovely shady retreat and is ideal for alfresco meals prepared on the built-in barbecue. Doors from here open to the well-fitted kitchen and open-plan sitting and dining room, both of which are bright and airy. Finishing touches in the latter include a traditional open fireplace, plush corner sofa and a glass-topped dining table.
When it comes to sleeping, there are four comfortable bedrooms, all dressed in veneered wood furniture and like the rest of the interior, fitted with air-conditioning. The main and second bedrooms are on the first floor and have their own balconies, while the remaining two bedrooms share the lower ground floor.
