Flaunting a brilliant location and apartments that come with all the necessities, this place has got self catering getaways all figured out.

It’s the location that’s got people talking at the Dias Studios and Apartments. The complex is less than a two-minute walk from the town’s shops, restaurants and bars, while Aghia Marina Beach is only ten minutes away. There’s a bus stop even closer, too, if you want to explore the village of Platanias and the city of Chania, a bit further out.

Back at the apartments, special mention goes to the swimming pool, which is set in a sunny terrace that’s laden with loungers. There’s a section just for little ones, as well. Plus, if you fancy a snack during the day, there’s a poolside bar serving toasties, chips and bacon sandwiches.

As for the studios, things have been kept simple in terms of décor – expect cool tiled floors and whitewashed walls offset by polished wooden furnishings. That said, they come with all the essentials for a self catering break, like air-conditioning, kitchenettes and TVs.
