Set in gardens overlooking Punta Cana’s beach, the Royal Suites Turquesa is a luxury resort that’s part of the huge Grand Palladium Punta Cana hotel complex. Guests get use of all of the Palladium’s facilities, plus, because the Royal Suites are exclusively for adults, a peaceful, child-free atmosphere comes as standard.
Outside, the main swimming pool, complete with a swim-up bar and built-in whirlpools, takes pride of place in the gardens. Palms and loungers line the water’s edge, and the beach is just a stroll through the trees. You’ll find four other pools around the complex, too.
As for food, there’s a gourmet eatery that’s exclusive to hotel guests. And you can also head for the Palladium’s buffet and à la carte restaurants, which specialise in everything from French cuisine to sushi.
Lastly, bedrooms here feature deluxe touches like outdoor whirlpool tubs. Some even have swim-up terraces, with steps leading down to a pool.
