Staying at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort is as much fun as staying in a theme park. Located in the centre of Kissimmee, right next to the Walt Disney World Resort, this sprawling complex has so much on site that you’ll hardly bother to tear yourself away to Orlando’s other attractions. There are a massive 10 swimming pools here, with a lazy river, a man-made beach, waterfalls, private cabanas, slides, fountains and of course sun terraces and pool bars. On the dry side, how about a spot of golf on one of the two 18-hole or two nine-hole courses? Or minigolf, tennis, volleyball or basketball? Perhaps fishing and water sports on the lake?
