Built in 1989 and renovated in the year 2000, the hotel offers a total of 286 rooms spread over 3 floors of which 273 are doubles and 13 are suites. Facilities include a lobby bar with a 24-hour reception, a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area. In addition, the hotel provides a kids' club and playground for younger guests. There is a laundry service available to round off the hotel's facilities.

This hotel is situated directly on the fabulous sandy beach of Costa Calma and offers a relaxing atmosphere and surroundings with character. There are various shopping centers with numerous shops, bars, cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area as well as gardens, where guests may enjoy a walk between the palms. The public transport network is easily reached on foot.

Guests are offered use of the indoor pool, 3 pools (one heated pool), a snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, a sauna and a solarium.
