Firstly, there’s the setting to consider. The villas are less than a 5-minute walk from the pebbled beach of Barbati, which is sheltered from the rest of the island by a rocky backdrop. On a clear day, you can look out over the breaking waves and catch a glimpse of Albania.

Each villa comes with a private pool with a sun terrace and loungers. And inside them, you’ve got all the mod cons, including a washing machine, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a CD player and a television in every room.

In terms of design, the bedrooms offer fresh white bed linen. And the open-plan living and dining areas come with tiled flooring and a neutral colour-scheme to provide an airy feel.

When it comes to cooking, the villas have everything you need. The shops are less than a 5-minute walk away and, when you’re stocked up, you can make your meals using the fridge, oven and hob in the kitchens.
