As part of the Thomson Couples collection, this adult-exclusive hotel has been cherry-picked for its first-class facilities and tranquil location.

This luxurious property goes all out to impress. For starters, it’s got five restaurants, including Chinese, Italian and fish joints. There's a sushi bar, too, where chefs prepare your nigiri to order. You have to pay a little extra for this one, but it's worth splashing out for.

As for location, the property is metres from its own sweep of sand. And it certainly makes the most of the setting. From its elevated spot, a swimming pool looks out over the beach. Plus, this hotel is part of the Thomson Couples range, so there's nothing to disturb the peaceful vibe.

When it comes to the rooms, oversized beds with padded headboards and plump scatter cushions come as standard, while mod-cons like flatscreen TVs and internet access provide the extras. If you're looking to really push the boat out, opt for a Suite – they come with your own spa bath.
