Continental breakfast is served till 10.00am in the main restaurant that in the evenings provides a good selection of local and international dishes. During the high season snacks are provided from the poolside terrace bar Le Blue Spirit. The seafront A La Carte restaurant Le Gelimer is very popular in the evenings with people traveling from outside Hammamet to soak up the sea views and taste home cooked meals. The hotels main bar Le Belizaire is comfortable and air conditioned in high season and is open until midnight

The hotels philosophy is that of peace and relaxation, and has its great beach to relax and soak up the sun (pedaloes available in high season) or its outdoor pool with furnished terrace. Originally a house, this residence is a mixture of homely atmosphere and hotel. Its private beach is lovely and the rooms are nice and bright. Suited to couples who enjoy walking as the hotel is near the center with its 13C Medina.
