The complex is made up of whitewashed blocks, which huddle around a rectangular swimming pool. Lawns and gardens stretch out from the water and, nearby, there’s a snack restaurant serving up cold drinks and light bites like toasties and chips. It comes with a satellite TV and a pool table. It’s also the setting for popular weekly barbecues.
