Location

Marrakech, also known as the ?Red City? is one of the most important former imperial cites in Morocco?s history, it is the capital of the region and located near the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. The city itself offers plenty to see and do with shops selling a variety of goods whether you visit the more commercial medina, stop by the famous Djemaa El Fna square to the look at the local crafts and performing artists or visit the souks which are popular among the locals. The city is also rich in history with many interesting historical building and monuments with just a few including the Marojelle Gardens, the 16th century Saadian Tombs and the Koutoubia Mosque, which is considered a landmark of the city towering over the suburbs.
