Villa George Apartments

AVAILABLE MAY TO OCTOBER - Situated in a quieter and less commercialised area, the Villas George are located near the town of Faliraki right near the sandiest of the beach of the island. The villas are made up for several studio rooms featuring self-catering facilities and there are a selection of services and facilities available on site to help make your stay a comfortable one. In the lobby of the main building you can play snooker/pool at the table(s) or sit down and relax while watching live sport events on the large TV. Outside you will find the swimming pool with the snack bar located not far away great for helping you to cool down in the hot summer months.

You will find Faliraki to be a lively resort found less than kilometre away, where there is much to do and see with water sports and scuba diving to be found at the nearby beaches that stretch for 5km. There is plenty of family to entertainment to be found nearby as well with Faliraki boasting the largest water park in Europe providing much fun for families and groups; also in the area you can find a state-of-the-art bowling park, History Park and a fun-park for families and younger children. The centre of the town is known for its lively bar and club nightlife scene and there are also a great selection of restaurants to visit with traditional Greek cuisine as well as ones specializing in Italian, Mexican, Chinese and British cuisine.

The island?s extensive bus service that covers the whole island stops just 200m from the complex and allow you to explore the island even further such as going to visit Rhodes and its medieval town old town just 14km away. Travelling a bit further you could visit the historic town of Lindos with one of the most visited archaeological sites on the island dating back from the 5th century, all of this bound to make many fascinating days out.

Location

The apartments are simple but comfortable. The main Rhodes-Lindos road with a bus station linking the whole area is 300 metres away. Rhodes has an enviable sun record with up to 300 days a year.

The studio complex features an outdoor swimming pool complete with a sun terrace and loungers.

Meals

There are self-catering facilities in each apartment with a small kitchenette where you may prepare your own breakfast and light meals if you wish.

Guests may alternatively enjoy a buffet breakfast served by the pool and snack bar that is served from early in the morning up till midday and snacks and drinks are available throughout the day at the snack bar.

The Villas George consists of several studio apartment blocks that feature spacious living and bedroom areas as well as a small kitchenette. All the studios benefit from air conditioning and come with a balcony, private bathroom and satellite TV.
