Standing in hedge-enclosed gardens, the two-storey house offers superior accommodation with large and beautifully appointed rooms furnished to a high modern standard. On the first floor, a stylish galley kitchen fitted in white Mediterranean-style wood opens to an ample-sized sitting-dining room furnished with a traditional wood burner, comfortable sofas and a corner dining suite to form a bright central living space. From here patio doors open out onto a beautiful, furnished covered balcony terrace offering lovely views over the garden and pool area to the sea. Two double and two twin bedrooms decorated in bright and fresh colours, along with a shower room and separate bathroom are on the ground floor, whilst upstairs, the remaining double bedroom has access to a shower room with toilet.
Outside the extensive pool area, which is positioned to catch the sun all day is a constant enticement to idle away your time. As a final touch, the British owners have added a charming gazebo-shaded dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue made for lazy alfresco cooking and eating. An impressive villa perfect for large groups wanting to be in the heart of Cala Blanca.
