Quaint and cosy, Anasilvia is as peaceful as they come. Beneath its raspberry-coloured exterior, the Anasilvia is quintessential La Palma. Rustic and traditional, you’ll find exposed beams, arched doorways and wooden shutters. A fully-equipped kitchenette means you can really make the most of fresh, local produce and the open-plan design – where the dining area and comfy lounge also feature – make it ideal for socialising. And to really take advantage of the sun, there’s a terrace with wicker furniture that’s just perfect for al fresco dining.
Location-wise, the villa’s in the sleepy and picturesque village of Todoque. Life here is enjoyed in the slow lane – no wonder then that it’s home to little more than a church, a small supermarket, a couple of bars and a restaurant. It all helps create an atmosphere that’s perfect for an away-from-it-all escape. Alternatively, for a slightly quicker tempo, Llanos is about a 15-minute drive away, as is the nearest volcanic sandy beach.
