Dining is the feather in Sensatori Resort Mexico’s cap. There are 6 restaurants to choose from, and there’s no need for reservations in 5 of them, so you can eat whenever you’re ready. And if you want to go down a more casual route, there’s a beach barbecue every lunchtime, with grilled meat, fish and salads. Food is also available through 24-hour room service.

ZOCALO – the place for Mexican favourites, like tacos, fajitas and burritos

Entertainment

At Sensatori Resort Mexico, entertainment takes a backseat, allowing dining to take centrestage. Sometimes the two combine – for instance, a Mariachi band will sometimes strike up in the Mexican restaurant. That said, there are some great night-time venues…

For families

For children and teens
There’s an Azul-run children’s club called the Azulitos Play House. Highlights include a Fisher Price room kitted out with the latest toys, and activities spanning tennis lessons and movie screenings. Teens get their own hangout featuring a DJ booth, a cinema screen and a pool table. There’s also a games room kitted out with a Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360.

• The Azulitos Play House is open 7 days a week and for guests aged 4-plus, younger if parents stay with them.

For babies
If you’re coming away with a baby, you can pick up a free kit when you get there, which includes pushchairs, cots, sterilisers and baby food. These should be requested when you book.

Room facilities

The hotel is split into sections – adults-only, family and premium. And whichever one you go for, you get a junior suite as standard. They come with a king-size bed and sofa or two double beds, in-room hot tubs, flatscreen TVs, DVD players, iPod docking stations, air-conditioning and, in the bathrooms, rainfall showers.

We also offer Adults-only Junior Suites, Suites, Premium Junior Suites and Honeymoon Oceanfront Suites.

ADULTS-ONLY JUNIOR SUITES
These are in the section of the hotel that’s reserved exclusively for adults. They come in standard or swim-up varieties, with the latter featuring an in-water sunlounger. They sleep up to 2 adults aged 18 or over, and have a king-sized bed.

SUITES
These sleep up to 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 1 child. They come with a queen-sized bed and both a double and single sofa bed. There’s a sliding partition wall to divide the room into 2 areas – one for adults, one for children – with a flatscreen TV in each. They’re also available with an ocean view.

PREMIUM JUNIOR SUITES
These sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child with 1 king-sized or 2 queen-sized beds plus indulgent extras including an aromatherapy menu, a pillow menu, a dedicated concierge, a private beach area and complimentary Wi-Fi. Premium Swim-up Suites for adults only, which come with a hot tub in the swim-up pool area, are also available.

HONEYMOON OCEANFRONT SUITES
These have the same facilities as Premium Junior Suites, plus a huge wraparound balcony and are located at the end of the building to make the most of the ocean views.

WEDDINGS & HONEYMOONS
Sensatori Resort Mexico is a great choice for weddings. You can tie the knot on the beach or on the rooftop of the hotel. It’s also a great choice for honeymoons. Couples who go for one of the honeymoon suites or a suite in the premium section get a special honeymoon package, which includes a 2-for-1 offer on a beachfront sky massage and a gourmet breakfast in bed. All you have to do is travel within 60 days of your wedding day and show your marriage certificate when you get there.

With Gourmet Inclusive, all of your food is included. You can eat in all six restaurants, and the quality is exceptional. Local drinks and a selection of international drinks are also included, and you can take advantage of round-the-clock room service to order food, too. You'll also have a minibar in your room,which is restocked daily and included in the cost of your stay.
