This pretty whitewashed villa is set on a hillside with views over towards the new Albufeira marina. It’s a quiet spot, about five minutes by car to the nearest shops and restaurants, and the Praia de Sao Rafael beach. The town of Albufeira, meanwhile, is about a five-minute drive.

The property’s terrace with pool is the real plus point. With its elevated countryside position, and barbecue, it’s an ideal place to relax. As for the pool itself, while it might not be huge, it’s still fine for the size of the villa.

Inside, the villa has been lovingly kitted out. The living room shelves are filled with decorative plates and vases, plus a good selection of books. And with comfy sofas framing a big fireplace, it’s got a cosy, homely feel.

Elsewhere, you’ve got two bedrooms – a twin and a double. Plus, there’s a single sofabed in the living room, so you can easily sleep up to five people here.
