The Efir 1 pairs roomy apartments with a handy location close to the sandy beach and town centre.
The Efir 1 is up at the north end of Sunny Beach, about 15 minutes’ walk from the bars and restaurants in the centre of town. The huge sandy beach is just 5 minutes away, and there’s a bus stop right outside where you can catch services to historical Nessebar.
The complex is made up of ochre-coloured buildings, clustered around a figure-of-8-shaped pool. At one end there’s a shallow section for children, and surrounding it all is a terrace set out with loungers and parasols. A poolside bar handles drinks and snacks, while the restaurant has a menu of international dishes.
Inside, studios and apartments are modern and spacious with a kitchenette for cooking – there’s a grocery shop in the complex for stocking up on supplies. Each one comes with its own balcony or terrace, too.
