With a choice of sandy bays on the doorstep, the Evi Studios and Apartments were made for lazy holidays.

The Evi Studios and Apartments are set on the road leading out of Pefkos. Their grounds slope down to a series of sand-and-rock coves – walk through the olive groves and down some steps, and you’re by the sea in a couple of minutes. What’s more, you can choose from three or four bays. Some come with sunloungers, while all offer lovely views over the Mediterranean and mountains on the horizon.

The swimming pool is a great place to relax, too. Set at the top end of the complex, it’s a split-level affair with a waterfall dividing a children’s pool from the main pool below. Palms and sunloungers complete the scene, along with a bar serving drinks and snacks.

Accommodation-wise, the apartments are small and simple. Their highlights are the balconies or terraces, which overlook the olive groves and mountains. Plus, most of the apartments get the benefit of views out to sea.

Studio facilities

All Studios/Apartments have air-conditioning-at a charge, private facilities, additional shower, bath, WC, kitchenette with 2 electric rings, kettle, toaster and fridge and balcony or terrace. Cots are available on request although this may reduce the number of people sharing a room. Maid service 6 times per week, towels and linen changed twice weekly. Studios sleep up to 2 or 3 people with twin beds. 2 bedroom apartments sleep 4 or 5 people with twin and single beds, 5th bed is a sofa bed. 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms -- one of which may be en suite, sleeping up to 4 or 5 people available.
