The comfortable, air conditioned rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a minibar, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Renovated in 2006, the hotel offers a garden as well as a total of 225 rooms spread over 9 floors of which 203 are doubles and 7 are suites. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk and lifts. There is also a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, a public Internet terminal (additional fee) and a laundry service.

This comfortable beach hotel enjoys a location directly in the tourist centre of the town, within 200 m of an abundance of shops as well as countless restaurants, bars, pubs and links to the public transport network. Just 1.5 km away is the town centre with its saltwater swimming pools as well as its inviting sandy beach and the turquoise-blue sea. Puerto de la Cruz is approximately 2 km away.

Individual buffets are on offer in the mornings and evenings. Special dietary needs as well as individual-specific meals may be provided. It is also possible to book a full-board stay. Guests are also able to take advantage of the offers at Bonanza Palace and Canaife Palace.

All-inclusive guests must wear an identification arm-band and only use the all-inclusive service of the Interpalace Hotel. A shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz (weekdays only). From 01/11/07 clientes who has booked on half board and all inclusive may use the restaurans and bars from hotels Bonanza Palace and Canarife Palace.

Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA are accepted as methods of payment.

Various facilities are available to guests including a swimming pool, with a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. In the winter, guests are also offered use of a heated indoor pool. Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to play table tennis, minigolf or tennis (hard court with floodlighting and for an additional fee). The nearest golf course is just 25 km from the hotel and can easily be reached by car and there is a seasonal entertainment programme for adults to round off the hotel's offerings. A health spa is available in the sister hotel Bonanza Palace for an added fee.
