Polis is an attractive beach resort on the coast of Cyprus, and one which offers a much more relaxed atmosphere than larger, busier destinations such as Ayia Napa, for example. The Latchi View Villas overlook the sea from a position a little way up the hillside. Here you?ll be able to enjoy breathtaking views, and it?s just a short downhill walk to get to the golden, sandy beaches.

Every one of the Latchi View Villas comes fully equipped with a kitchen area which means you?ll be able to buy ingredients at one of the nearby mini-markets, before cooking up your own tasty treats in the comfort of your villa.

Accommodation

The villas on offer at the Latchi View Villas complex all come boasting a high standard of technical features, in addition to traditional comfort and luxury. Guests here will be able to enjoy soft, rich bedding as well as spacious en-suite bathrooms. Villas are available to sleep as many as six persons, thanks to the inclusion of a sofa-bed in the living area.

Some of the other facilities you?ll find provided include satellite television, DVD players and music facilities. Guests will have access to private verandas complete with an outdoor barbeque, a private swimming pool and a selection of sun beds and parasols. A kitchen area comes provided in each villa, and will allow visitors to cook all of their own meals on-site!
