Parasun Studios details
These family-run apartments offer easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, and a pool that catches the sun all day.
This place is run by Paras and her son, George, which is where the name ‘Parasun’ comes from. It’s also a nod to the fact that this place is a real sun trap. You get sun all the way through the day at the pool – it’s framed by a terrace with loungers and thatched parasols. If you need some shade, there’s a snack bar with a TV.
Studios, meanwhile, all have balconies that look out over the pool or gardens, and simple kitchenettes where you can prepare basic snacks. If you fancy something more substantial, Paras will rustle up a Greek or British-style meal in her kitchen, using the fruit and veg she grows on site.
As for location, it’s on a busy main road, with a bakery, supermarkets, and several restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk. Lalyssos Beach, which is part-sandy, part pebbly, is a 10-minute walk away, and you’re looking at just under 15 to the bars and restaurants in the centre of Lalyssos.
