Princess Hotel details

It’s easy to see why they called this place the Princess Hotel – it looks like a royal summer residence. Outside, the manor house-style building is fronted by a paved drive, sculpted gardens and cast-iron lamp posts. Inside, you’ll find marble floors, pink paint and chandeliers.

But for all its regency charm, you won’t find any stiff upper lips here. The hotel prides itself on its laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff, so you’ll find it easy to unwind. Plus, there’s a huge swimming pool, surrounded by sunloungers and parasols, to relax in.

Evenings at the hotel are chilled out, too. You can watch the sunset with a cocktail in the pool bar or the Mango Lounge. Later, the main restaurant serves informal buffet dinners. If you feel like a change of scene, you can wander to the bars and restaurants in Lassi town centre in just five minutes.
