The five star Sheraton Salobre is a luxurious hotel that sits among hills above Maspalomas and peers down across a 36-hole golf course. Complete with a spa, three restaurants and a patchwork of pools and sun decks, it’s pulled out all the stops when it comes to relaxation.

And it’s the hotel’s pool scene that impresses first. Intricately tiered into the hillside and sunk between sundecks and palms, the seven heated pools step down to different levels.
