Small and traditional, this pretty villa is a real home-from-home. And because it sleeps up to four, it’s the perfect choice for a family holiday. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room has been kitted out with sofas, a coffee table and a fireplace, while the adjoining dining room is the perfect place for sit-down meals. You’ll also find a kitchen, complete with all the self-catering essentials.

As for the bedrooms, there’s one double and a twin. They’re both fairly traditional, with bright soft furnishings contrasted against simple whitewashed walls. There’s a maid service twice a week, too, which means you don’t have to lift a finger.

Outside, the private swimming pool takes centre-stage. It’s surrounded by a stone terrace and comes with enough sun loungers for everyone. Leafy trees provide plenty of shady spots, while the barbecue area has a table and chairs for those times you want to eat outside.

Lastly, a word on location. This place is quite tucked away, so it’s probably best to drive into town and to the beach – the nearest stretch of sand is about ten minutes away. That said, the shops and restaurants in Guia can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
