With tropical pools and stylish rooms, the well-placed Doubletree Resort has all the makings of a chic retreat.

Florida’s Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld® is in a central spot on International Drive. It’s next door to SeaWorld® Orlando and just across the road from Aquatica™ water park, so you can walk to them if you want. Plus, daily courtesy buses will get you to Walt Disney World in around 25 minutes.

The hotel has undergone a recent revamp, giving it an exotic, Balinese-style theme. The lobby is an laid-back mix of indoor palms and bamboo armchairs, while the bedrooms have a chic, minimalist look. They’re well equipped, too, with flatscreen TVs and Wi-Fi access.

Outside, the three pools have palms and thatched parasols set around their terraces. There’s a whirlpool tub here, too, as well as hammocks in the surrounding gardens.

Lastly, you’ve got a choice of four restaurants. Start your day with breakfast at the Balinese-style Bamboo Grille and head for Max’s Deli for a salad or pizza after a day at the parks.
