The IFA Altamarena is a peaceful hotel close to Jandia’s shops, restaurants and white ribbon of sand.

The IFA Altamarena is really well located. The property is just a couple of minutes’ walk from Jandia’s long sandy beach, and the nearest shops and restaurants are even closer. Plus, the lively town centre is around a 15-minute walk away.

You’ll find two swimming pools in the heart of the hotel’s grounds. Both are edged by palms, shrubbery and thatched umbrellas. There’s also a pool bar out here, where you can grab snacks and cold drinks throughout the day.

At mealtimes, big international buffet spreads are served up in the main restaurant. You’ll get to choose from local specialities like paella, or home favourites like spaghetti bolognese.

The rooms here are spacious and summery. Expect yellow walls, tiled floors and balconies that let in lots of light. The usual mod-cons come as standard, too, like air-conditioning and satellite TVs.
