The cosy apartments are fitted with a bathroom, a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, kitchenette with a fridge, a toaster, a microwave and a kettle as well as a balcony or terrace and a hire safe. A final cleaning service is on offer.

This modern complex comprises a 2-storey building with 106 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including an elegant foyer with 24-hour reception desk, hire safes and a small supermarket. Guests may sit back and relax in the bar and the restaurant with a non-smoking area. In addition, the hotel offers guests use of the laundry services, a conference room as well as a car park and a garage.

This modern apartment complex is located in the south of Tenerife, in the outskirts of Playa de las Americas and very close to the golf course. Public transport is located just a stone's throw from the hotel. In addition, an inviting sandy beach and the resort centre and its many shops, restaurants, bars and cultural venues are all within 1 km of the hotel.

This is not a fully All Inclusive complex and some installations and services may carry an extra charge.

Guests are offered use of 2 freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool, a seawater swimming pool, a snack bar, sun loungers, parasols and a solarium. Sports facilities include table tennis, pool/snooker and golf (all for an additional fee), as well as the in-house gym. There is a seasonal entertainment programme for adults to round off the hotel's offerings.
