Bright and modern, Ca’n Tolo sits in tranquil surroundings, just four kilometres from Puerto Pollensa. It’s incredibly spacious, inside and out, and beautifully maintained. In fact, the owner’s attention to detail is apparent throughout the villa and its grounds. The layout of the interior has been well thought out, maximizing the available space, while the mature gardens with palm trees and established flower beds make a peaceful setting.

Only the ground floor of the villa is accessible, making it a good choice for families with young children or for the less mobile.

There’s a very comfortable and uncluttered feel inside. Reddish floor tiles contrast with the pale walls and light fabric of the soft furnishings. The kitchen is bright with pine units and pretty blue Majorcan tiles. And in the open-plan living and dining room, the open fireplace makes an attractive centrepiece.

Outside, the private swimming pool takes pride of place. There’s an attractive covered terrace, too, framed by pretty shrubs and plants. With a wooden table and benches and a covered barbecue close by, it’s a perfect spot for dining al fresco.

Just a ten minute drive from the villa is Puerto Pollensa, with its wide sandy, gently-shelving beach and beautiful backdrop of mountains.
