The Hotel Porto Mykonos has a great location close to Mykonos Town, and chic, bohemian-led interiors.
The Hotel Porto Mykonos is set on a hillside above Mykonos Town’s harbour. It looks out over the sea and the twinkling lights of the town centre, and it’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from the action when you want to be among the bars and restaurants.
It’s a traditional Greek property, with whitewashed exteriors and cobbled stones. A wraparound veranda plays host to a pool, which has been positioned to make the most of the sea views. The area looks spectacular when the sun goes down, when it’s lit up with lanterns and candles.
The bedrooms have a bohemian-island feel, with white muslin bed canopies and wood-beamed ceilings. Each one looks out to sea, too.
The hotel restaurant serves buffet breakfasts, before switching to an à la carte set-up for lunch and dinner. Expect international dishes in the mornings, and Mediterranean specialities in the afternoons and evenings.
