A central spot, good service, and a first class pool scene - no wonder this place is so popular with TripAdvisor reviewers.

This hotel is a big hit with British guests, with many returning for a repeat stay. It’s right in the heart of Candolim so you’re just minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Plus there’s a bus stop right near the hotel if you fancy venturing further afield.

The Phoenix Park itself is surrounded by exotic gardens – think palm trees, tropical flowers and well-kept lawns. At the centre of it all is the lagoon-shaped pool, which has a spacious sun terrace and snack bar on the side.

Bedrooms have been kept light and airy. Think cool tiled floors, cream walls and ceiling fans set the scene. Simple wooden furniture and big beds dressed in stripy cotton take centre-stage. Balconies are all part of the package, too, and extras come in the form of air-conditioning, mini-fridges and satellite TVs.

On the food front, the restaurant serves up big help-yourself breakfasts, with eggs cooked to order. Lunch and dinner are a mix of buffets and waiter service. Expect a menu of Goan cuisine, more well-known Indian dishes, and a mix of international favourites. And when you fancy eating out, it’s well worth checking out the shorefront restaurants – the seafood here is as fresh it comes.

Room facilities

All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, phone, minibar, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, iron and board on request, hairdryer on request and balcony. Standard rooms sleep up to 3 adults with 1 double or twin beds, the 3rd bed is a rollaway bed.

We also offer Premier rooms until April 2013 and, from November 2013, we'll only offer Deluxe rooms.

Premier rooms are in the new block, furnished to a higher standard and have a double bed, LCD TV and pool view. You'll also receive 10% discount on all drinks in the hotel until 30th April 2013.

Available as standard from November 2013, Deluxe rooms are located in the new building and have a double bed, LCD TV, garden view, bathrobe and slippers. You'll receive a food platter and a bottle of wine on arrival, as well as a half hour head and shoulder massage - 1 per person per stay. Deluxe pool-view rooms are also available.
