This newly-built property is close to Candolim’s tropical beach, and has all the style of a high-brow capital city hotel.

The big draw of the Silver Sands Hideaway is its location. The hotel is just a ten-minute walk from Candolim’s palm-lined beach, and the same distance from the restaurants, bars and market stalls in the centre of town.

What really makes this property stand out, though, is its design. The bedrooms here wouldn’t look out of place in one of London’s boutique hotels. You’ll find royal-purple colour schemes, satin cushions on the beds, and contemporary padded headboards. The pool scene is equally as stylish, with the water surrounded by wicker recliners and cushioned sunloungers made for two.

When it comes to mealtimes, this place has its own à la carte restaurant, which serves a mix of Goan food, with ingredients like coconut milk and lentils, and international dishes. There are plenty of places to eat out nearby, too. The beach is lined with palm-covered eateries and there’s more choice in the centre of town.
