With a Zen-like design, deluxe rooms and Candolim Beach just metres away through the palms, the O Hotel makes for a stylish getaway.

The O Hotel is small and chic. The shared spaces are open-plan, and flow into outdoor areas which let the Goan breezes in. The property’s deluxe rooms, meanwhile, line a courtyard set with Zen-like ponds. Inside, they’re spacious and feature luxuries like rain-showers designed for two.

In terms of location, the hotel is set in palm-filled gardens that lead to Candolim Beach. Sunloungers line the sands and you’ll find watersports like jet-skiing and water-skiing along the shore. Plus, there are little beach shacks tucked among the trees, where you can relax over Goan curries and seafood.

Food-wise, breakfasts are served on a terrace draped in white voile. You can enjoy dinner out here or in the elegant dining room. And when you want to eat out, there are plenty of other restaurants nearby.

Finally, the pool is a small, curvy number with sunloungers and pod-style daybeds arranged around the water.
