The house itself is typical of those in this area with one floor at partially lower ground level helping to keep temperatures cool, especially at night. On the lower floor there is a spacious twin room and single room with a shared shower room. Whitewashed walls ensure the comfortable rooms are also bright and airy. Marble steps from this level lead up to the kitchenette and open-plan living/dining room, and the master bedroom is also on this floor with an adjacent shower room.
On those rare few days when the lure of the swimming pool and the lovely gardens isn't enough to keep you satisfied you'll find there is much to explore and experience in this area of Sardinia with the nearest beach and Alghero itself only a 15 minute drive away.
The best way to explore the old city is to leave your car in one of the local car parks and explore the fascinating labyrinth of alleys and cobbled streets on foot.
