The Hotel Capri is a classic, sand-coloured Italian property set in the heart of Sorrento. The city’s main square, Piazza Tasso, is a 10-minute walk away, plus you’ve got a handful of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
The hotel’s interiors are really smart. Cream tones dominate the rooms, which are peppered with rococo-style armchairs and vases of white roses. Outside, meanwhile, vines creep up cobbled stone walls, and an al fresco seating area is dotted with lanterns. In the middle of it all, there’s a good-size swimming pool.
